The Toronto session is a repeat of the hands-on format Tidal has run for cloud teams across Canada. Attendees will leave with practical assessment skills and a reusable Migration Process Kanban template. The day emphasizes decision-making with real data, from application inventory through dependency mapping and risk identification.

Space is limited to keep the session interactive. The morning covers discovery and inventory techniques; the afternoon covers assessment, dependency mapping and planning. Participants will practice evaluating an application portfolio and communicating migration priorities to both business and technical stakeholders.

The format is designed for practitioners who need to move quickly from theory to action. It combines instructor-led discussion with hands-on exercises using Tidal’s assessment tools. Participants will build a sample migration roadmap they can adapt for their own organizations.
